1. Controller and scope
Vorrapong Kertnat is the personal data controller for this website. For questions or rights requests, email k.vorrapong@gmail.com. This policy covers visits to the website, consent choices, and email correspondence.
2. Data that may be received
- Technical and security data: when you open the website, Cloudflare as the CDN/security provider and the site's hosting provider may process an IP address, request time and URL, referrer, browser/device or user-agent data, diagnostics, and security signals to deliver content, prevent attacks, and maintain availability.
- Email correspondence: if you send an email, the information received may include your name, email address, message, attachments, and related timestamps. Messages are received and handled through Gmail.
- Consent preference: your browser stores the notice version, Analytics choice, and update time in local storage under
icerust_consent_v2 so the site can remember your choice. - Google Analytics 4 (GA4): only after you permit Analytics, GA4 may receive a pseudonymous client identifier, page URL/title/referrer, approximate location, browser/device information, and page-view, scroll, outbound-click, and download events. The site does not intend to send names, email addresses, or a User-ID to GA4. Google Signals, ads personalization, and Google Ads linking are disabled.
Before you permit Analytics, the site uses Basic Consent Mode: it does not load the Google tag, send measurement requests to Google, or create GA cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Deliver and secure the website, troubleshoot faults, and prevent harmful use, based on service necessity and legitimate interests.
- Answer your email and act on your request, based on your request and legitimate interests in communicating and keeping necessary records.
- Remember and respect your privacy choice using necessary browser storage.
- Measure usage with GA4 to improve content, based on consent that you can withdraw at any time.

Analytics cookies use cookie_update: false, so their lifetime is not restarted on every page load. You can clear these items earlier through your browser settings.
5. Providers and international processing
- Cloudflare provides network/CDN and security services and processes traffic and customer logs under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Google provides GA4 and Gmail under the Google Privacy Policy. Your browser connects to GA4 only after consent. Google states that GA4 uses raw IP addresses during collection to select a data center and derive approximate location, then discards them before data is logged in Analytics. See Google's regional data collection explanation.
These providers operate global infrastructure, so data may be processed outside Thailand under their applicable terms and transfer safeguards. This website does not sell personal data.
6. Retention
- Your consent preference and GA cookies last for no more than 180 days unless you clear them or withdraw consent first.
- GA4 user-level and event-level retention is set to two months without resetting on new activity. Aggregated data in standard reports may remain as part of Google Analytics' reporting design.
- Technical/security data is kept only as needed and according to the applicable Cloudflare/hosting-provider settings, then deleted or de-identified when no longer necessary.
- Email is kept while needed to answer, follow up, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations, then deleted when those purposes no longer apply.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable data protection law, including Thailand's PDPA, you may have rights to access and obtain a copy, correct, erase/destroy or anonymize, restrict or object to processing, receive or transfer portable data where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. Send a request with enough information to verify your identity and handle the request to k.vorrapong@gmail.com.
8. Choices and withdrawal
You can choose “Reject non-essential” without losing access to the site's main content, or open Cookie Settings in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing Analytics stops new events, removes accessible _ga/_ga_* cookies, and reloads the page to unload the Google tag. Clearing local storage causes the site to ask for your choice again.
9. External links and security
The site links to external services such as GitHub, LinkedIn, and Medium. Those services have their own policies and processing practices; review them before use. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to reduce risk, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Changes and contact
